At Dakotaline Furs, our hides are professionally cleaned and tanned preserving them for many years and with proper care, a lifetime.This is for one (1) tanned eastern Coyote pelt.These are very well furred and vary in color.Average length is 55"-60"Premium Grade - Our premium grades are free of any noticeable defects. Full faces, ears and tails. No noticeable holes in the pelt or rubbing in the fur. These are excellent pelts and are perfect for display, decoration, sewing and crafting.Medium Grade - Our medium grades may have an imperfect face, split ears, small holes or rubs in the flank or belly area of the fur. They will have full strong tails. These are nice furs and are great for sewing and crafting projects. Imperfect Grade - These will have imperfections such as holes or tears in the pelt, rubs or small holes in the face, missing nose or ear(s), or a short tail. There is a lot of value in these pelts yet and they are suitable for sewing / crafting projects. No Tail - These pelts are missing a tail, have a weak tail, or have a partial tail.Note: Real fur and skin pelts may have some smells or shedding...this is normal. The pelt can be gently shaken or brushed and hung up for a few days to remedy these issues.
